  1. Family-Friendly Environment: Herts Pride is a family-friendly event. Please respect all attendees and contribute to a positive atmosphere.

  2. Bag Checks: Our SIA-trained staff will conduct bag checks prior to entry. This is to ensure the safety of all attendees. Please cooperate with the security team during this process.

  3. No Alcohol: Attendees are not allowed to bring any alcohol into the event. Similarly, alcohol purchased inside the event cannot be taken out.

  4. No Drugs: The possession or use of drugs is strictly prohibited. Anyone found with drugs will be refused entry and may be reported to the authorities.

  5. No Open Containers: Open containers or opened bottled water are not permitted to be brought on-site. This includes any drinks that are not in their original sealed packaging.

  6. Challenge 25 Policy: If you wish to purchase alcohol at the event bars, be prepared to show valid ID. Anyone who appears under 25 will be asked to prove their age. Acceptable forms of ID include a passport, driving licence, or any government-issued ID with a photo and date of birth.

  7. Refusal of Entry: Anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry to the event.

  8. No Distribution of Flyers or leaflets: No unauthorised flyers or leaflets to be handed out with permission of the Event Manager.

By following these rules, you help ensure that Herts Pride remains a safe and welcoming event for everyone.
